Ho Chi Minh City Essay Trung nguyen is the most famous coffee brand in Vietnam. It was created in 1996 by Mr. D? ng Le Nguyen Vu. During student life in medical school of Tay Nguyen, Mr. D? ng had a question about coffee farmersââ¬â¢ life. Although the price of a cup of coffee wasnââ¬â¢t cheap, but why, farmers were still poor. This question encouraged him to find the answers. He and his company suffered from many accidents, but they kept on trying. Those experiences brought them a good background for opening more shops and expanding their business widely. And in early 2004, they introduced G7 to the customers. This step turned Trung Nguyen history to the new page, they became the biggest and the most famous firm selling high-quality coffee powder. II. Strategy Trung Nguyen first opened their first coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City in 1998 and received some positive feedbacks. In 2001 they had built over thousands coffee shops all over Vietnam and became top-rated brand in Vietnamese coffee industry. They did Franchising, the step which was different from all other Vietnamese firm, they were the first. After 5 years, Trung Nguyen not only could gain the trust, the belief of Vietnamese customers but also customers in other countries like Singapore, Japan, Cambodia, etc. In 2006, Trung Nguyen invested and built the biggest high-quality G7mart system of stores for selling products. In June 2012, Trung Nguyen created the new strategy. That was creating the string of quick shops, which allows customers to choose some various kinds of coffee beans and the owner of the shop will mix them together for making the customersââ¬â¢ own styles. The evidence for the development of this strategy is the profit which grows 15% per week Trung Nguyenââ¬â¢s customers are not only the elder, the people who understand clearly about coffee but also, they have products for the young, who begin drinking coffee like student, teenager, etc. III. Revenue-Potential Growth. Although the economics go down, Trung Nguyen still makes profit, and improves themselve powerfully. In 2011, their revenue and production improve up to 151%, and the first six months in 2012, they gain up to 178% compared with the same time in 2011. The biggest evolution of Trung Nguyen is their G7 powder became the leader of coffee powder in Vietnam at the rate 37. 8% In the near future, Mr. D? ng plans to join the world stock market and in the next 10 years, he tries to invest more than 800 million USD to build new factories and some additional options.

William Henry Harrison William Henry Harrison was born in Berkeley, Virginia in 1773. He grew up on a farm and worked as a planter. At the age of 18 he attended Hampden Sydney College. There he studied history, later on he went to study medicine in Richmond, Virginia. That same year he switched his interest an in 1791 he joined the First Infantry of the Regular Army. Harrison then headed to the Northwest, where he spent much of his life. During his time in the Army he served as an aid to General ââ¬Å"Mad Anthonyâ⬠Wayne. Together they fought in the Battle of Fallen Timbers. The win of this battle opened most of the Ohio area to settlement. In 1798 he resigned from the Army and became Secretary of the Northwest Territory. There he was the first delegate to Congress, and obtained a legislation dividing the territory Into the northwest and Indiana territories. In 1801 he became the governor of the Indiana Territory, serving 12 years. Harrison was responsible for defending all of the settlements from the Indians. In 1809 a powerful Indian force led by an energetic chieftain Tecumseh posed a threat to the settlers. Tecumseh was responsible for strengthening the Indian confederation to prevent settlers from moving in on their territory. However on November 7, 1871 Harrison planned an attack on the Indian Confederacy. As Harrisonââ¬â¢s men moved in they were attacked at the Tippecanoe River. 190 men were dead or wounded, this was known as the Battle of Tippecanoe. Although Harrison experienced a loss of men, he still led victorious. The Indians were still persistent in their raids against Harrison and the settlers. Harrison was given the title of brigadier general of the army during the War of 1812. He also defeated the combined British and Indian forces at the Battle of the Thames on October 5, 1813. There he killed Tecumseh and forced all the Indians to the Northwest. After his victory he returned to civilian life and nominated by the Whigs to be president in 1840. Tragically after being in office not even a month he passed away.

Fashion Is Important Fashion is a concept that has been around since the beginning of ages. The Neanderthals of the Stone Age used sewn animal skins to get protection from the harsh environmental factors. This simple body covering that people used then went on developing throughout time to suit the different climates and cultures of the world. However today fashion is seen as a form of adornment and moreover a way of life, especially for the young generation. Fashion is the first thing that happens each morning; we wake up put on a clean presentable outfit in which we would feel good o face the day.The term ââ¬Å"bad hair daysâ⬠are very real in today's world; people's days are ruined if they have bad hair or a bad outfit. This makes fashion an important factor in creating a successful day. The outward appearance is very often an essential factoring building confidence. For many, especially those of them in the business world don't feel good enough to face interviews, meetings and conferences if they are not satisfied with their appearance. Others, that is, teenagers who are the biggest fans of fashion consider fashion a cult and would always be updated about he latest trends and sport them around town.This way fashion has become a prominent affair in our lives. Different fashion conceitedness out a lot about the culture, environment, values, traditions and roots of a group of people and where they come from. In a few coo tries and governmental systems, they require people to dress in a particular way due to many reasons be it religion, culture, values etc. The I-JAKE itself can be cited as an example of such a country; though strictly not observed, we do see certain signboards at malls and other public areas requesting decent looting.Such is the scenario in most middle eastern countries. The most recent vogue is ethnic inspired modern wear. This is bring Eng up the early clothing styles of countries mixed with modern outfits to create a fusion of ages an d cultures. Another important aspect of fashion is that allows us to recognize nationalities through their dressed. A man in Candors will easily be recognized as an Arab, while an elegant silk Scare will speak Hindi and the elegant folds off Kimono displays Japan. This tells us that the way a person dresses speaks a lot.

World War II is believed to have resulted from many causes; however Hitlerââ¬â¢s rise to power is assumed to have had a significant impact on the outbreak. Adolf Hitler was leader of the Nazi party, and his efforts to transform Germanyââ¬â¢s society into one based on race resulted in Holocaust and world war. Using his position as Chancellor Hitler created a legal dictatorship. Not anyone could have seized power in Germany at that time. During Germanyââ¬â¢s economic crisis, Hitler used his personal traits and propaganda to gain support and rise to power. This can be seen through Hitlerââ¬â¢s beliefs and ideologies, the conditions in Germany, his personal traits and his use of propaganda. Hitlerââ¬â¢s plans were to create the master race, made up of only Aryans and German blooded, although he was neither. Hitler used Germanyââ¬â¢s economic crisis to his advantage in order to rise to power. Germanyââ¬â¢s economy was in a great state prior to WWI, but at its conclusion the economy was a catastrophe. As a result of the Treaty of Versailles shown in Source B, Germany had to pay huge reparations to their Allies. But when Germany went broke the French and Belgium troops invaded taking raw materials and resources. Germany attempted to pay striking workers by printing more money, but hyperinflation wiped out the value of their savings. For a while there Germanyââ¬â¢s economy was looking up again, they borrowed money and unemployment was reduced, but then the Wall Street Crash occurred.
